IPA Cheddar Loaf

When I worked in a bread bakery we used to make a Cheddar bread. It baked into a soft round loaf and always had cheese that would seep beautifully out of the sides as it baked. That cheese would then brown and caramelize on the outside but leave pockets of solid Cheddar on the inside as it cooled. IPA and Cheddar have always been a favorite flavor pairing for me, so this is my re-creation of that memorable bread with a craft beer twist.
